WestGold Meadows Community Association

 Letter from the President

Welcome to WestGold Meadows. We are proud of our community and all it has to offer. WestGold Meadows is a covenant controlled community. The covenants ensure homeowners that they are living in a community that protects the value of their homes. It is each homeowner adhering to the rules and procedures developed for our community that gives our neighborhood one to be proud of. We are located in Littleton, Colorado, in the southwest part of Jefferson County. There are 556 single family homes. Our common grounds include a pool, cabana, basketball/tennis courts, and park. The foothills are nested close by the bike trail system and parks. Mount Carbon Elementary, Summit Ridge Middle School, and Dakota Ridge High School are within walking distance of our community.

Community Purpose

  • We stand for maintaining, preserving, enhancing and protecting the property values and assets of the community.
  • We believe in clear goals for accomplishment and in an established list of characteristics of the HOA we hope to become.
  • We stand for creating a sense of fairness and equity among residents.
  • We promote harmonious community living.
  • We are a team, which desire every home to increase in value, without being inhibited to do so by any other surrounding home.
  • We believe in covenants and bylaws to assist with the regulation of any and all improvements.
  • We are committed to the expectations of the community to transform ideas into reality, and are ready to tackle challenges that face us.
  • We believe collaboratively, we can take responsibility for the success of all of our community and the enforcement of rules and procedures is not an option, it is a necessity.
We are WestGold Meadows HOA and we stand for Excellence!
May we strive to preserve the common scheme and harmonious design of the community to achieve and maintain our vision standards and thrive.
